Top Trek 2: Pin Parvati Pass Trek
Day 1: Arrival and check in at a hotel in Delhi. Night stay at a hotel in Delhi.
Day 2: A short tour of the capital city of India, Delhi. In the evening travel to Manali from Delhi. It’s a whole night journey.
Day 3: Morning arrival in Manali. Check in at a hotel in Manali. After you relax for a while, visit the Tibetian Monastery, the Hadimba Devi Temple and the old Manali. Night stay at a hotel in Manali.
Day 4: Be driven to Manikaran from Manali. Arrival in Manikaran. Your trekking starts here. Trek to Khirganga, a spring.
Day 5: Continue trekking through the thick forests and you are required to make a steep climb to reach the Tunda Bhuj.
Day 6: Trek through the lush green lands to reach the Thakur Kuan.
Day 7: Trek up to the Odi Thach.
Day 8: Walk up to the lake of Matalai. Once you arrive at the Matalai Lake, you would find it difficult to resist yourself from admiring the view of the Manatalai Glacier, the source of Parvati River.
Day 9: Descend down to the camp that has been set up at Mount Parvati. Night stay at the camp.
Day 10: Trek up to the Pin Pass situated at an altitude of 5300 meters. This pass offers a splendid view of the Pin Valley of Spiti and the Hampta region.
Day 11: Walk along the Pin River to reach the Pin Valley National Park. If good luck prevails, then you might catch a glimpse of the musk deer, the ibex and the leopards.
Day 12: Walk to Mud, a village through the rough and barren Spiti landscape.
Day 13: Trek through the rough terrains to Gulling. As soon as you arrive at Gulling, you would be driven to Kaza. Night stay at Kaza.
Day 14: Explore Kaza as well as the neighboring areas. You must visit the Tabo monastery, the Ki Monastery, the Dhanker monastery and the KIbber village. Night stay at Kaza.
Day 15: From Kaza travel to Kunzun Pass. From the Kunzun Pass, travel to Manali and on route visit Koksar, Rohthang Pass and Keylong.
Day 16: Rest the whole day at Manali. Travel back to Delhi from Manali.
Day 17: Morning arrival in Delhi. Board a flight from Delhi to proceed with your journey.
